Today, our mechanical contracting portfolio includes projects for builders, corporate lients, existing service clients and government authorities.  Our mechanical contracting division and service department operations complement each other with the service department providing direct 'in-house' service requirements to contracting in the form of warranty service, commissioning and air balancing making it unnecessary to outsource these critical areas for project completion.
